I am living in a 1600 sq ft, 2 bedroom flat in Secor 1, Manesar. The flat is very well maintained and clean and I like to keep it that way. I have a servant also who cooks the food, cleans the house. I am currently occupying 1 bedroom out of the 2 and I am looking to rent out the 2nd bedroom to someone, in total there will be 3 people living in the apartment (2 roommates + 1 servant). What the apartment has: TV, Fridge, Complete Kitchen + Utensils, Bed + Mattress, 24hrs water supply, and a 24hr servant + cook who lives with me . The apartment also has 2 bathrooms and balcony with each room.Who I am looking for: I am looking for a vegetarian, non smoker who can take the 2nd bedroom in the apartment. The person must be working and should NOT be a student. The rent of the place is 12.3k split in 2 + the food and utility costs whatever they come out to be per month.
