Hey! I am looking for an individual (male or female) to share my home with. It is a Bungalow behind Om Sweets (Sector 31 Market). The spare room has split AC, TV and cupboards. Bed(s) are available too. The house is equipped with ACs in every room, washing machine, 2 bathrooms, inverter, gyser (winter is alas approaching) and a gym (yes :D). Ample parking for your car and/or bike. The kitchen has fridge, micro-oven, gas as well as water purifier.Additionally, my maid is a real gem and so is my "iron vala" (who has his "thekka" right opposite to the house). And yes, the "iron vala" is also the one who will wash your car/bike for a nominal fee.You can cook on your own or we can have one of our own.The neighbourhood is calm and serene and the cops are making rounds at all hours. I do know them personally so safety is really not an issue.Even after all these amenities, there is enough room to accomodate your stuff and talk about "necessary adjustments" so please don't mistake me for a "control freak" ;)The rent I'm looking for is Rs. 14000/- per month.
