I have a room to rent in my apartment and monthly rent is around 450 including utilities + 150$ deposite. I am working for corporate retail industry. You will have a furnished room with bed, mattress and all. Common space is for all 3 tenants. I have TV, dining table, sofa etc.. I have lease for 6 months. We are fun loving and respectful. I work 8 - 5 PM fulltime. Apartment community is at royal vista apartment. Let me know.
