Thanks! ~ Will & Shay Vandervelde (landlords). Location: The house is located at 68 Street & Delwood Road, just South of Londonderry mall in the community of Delwood. The House: Modern and impressive looking house with vaulted ceilings. A bi-level (raised) ~ thus all rooms have nice big windows including basement rooms. Gets lots of natural light. Upstairs has hardwood and ceramic tile floors. Shower and bath on each floor Impressive large deck, beautiful back yard, fire pit, BBQ, hammock etc. A huge park three blocks down the road (skating rink, basketball courts, fields etc.). Londonderry Mall and Save on foods are a 5-minute walk. Perks: All roommates are well screened and thus you are walking into a safe and secure rental. Cable & Wired Internet in each room as well as wireless internet. Shared computer in kitchen/dining room. Rent includes some basics supplies (i.e. dish, laundry & hand soap, toilet paper). Rooms can be furnished if needed 15% of your rent goes to support various local and international charities Important things to know. Must be willing to have a credit and criminal record check. Need to provide a photocopy to driver’s license. Must be willing to keep the common areas of the house clean and have your dishes done by the end of the day. Smoking is permitted ONLY outside Social drinking is alright but absolutely no getting drunk on property or coming home out of control. Must be drug free. No viewing of porn on common computer or TV. Girlfriends not to share a room for the night (or vise versa for female roommates). Available buses: 10, 152, 153, 181 & 186. LRT: Bus 152 (Belvedere LRT/ Northgate) has bus stops from both directions just outside the front. (Some roommates wait in the living room and watch for their bus to come) Rent: $325 (Regular Room) plus $100 utilities (flat rate). Discount available for out of town workers. The fire place room is availalbe $450 plus $100 uilities. The room is very large (225 squared feet) and has it''s on stoarage area. Damage Deposit: Same as one month''s rent . ~ Will &">
