I have a fully furnished double bedroom flat to rent to either a single person or two people.The flat is centrally located and is available for £300 per person.The first months rent is paid in advance along with returnable deposit of also £300.Bills will be responsibility of tenant.This is a very nice safe location and I would either prefer two girls or two buys sharing,unless its a married couple.
