A double room to let in a 3 bedroom house located in East London, Ilford –Newbury Park. Room comes furnished with bed and wardrobe. All bills inclusive broadband, shared kitchen, lounge, lawn, garden etc. Food is optional. House-share would suit an Indian professional or mature student (non-smoker/non alcoholic). We’re looking for someone who is happy to be vegetarian whilst at home.
The Room is very clean, recently refurbished, well-lit and suitable for single occupancy. The house is in a peaceful street with its own private garden and a driveway in the front. It also has a large vegetarian kitchen with use of a lovely pooja room.
There is a clean and modern spacious lounge / TV room, a Dining room which is open plan with a Six-person dining table, Gas Central heating, Patio Doors, and a Private Garden. Local shopping: Walking distance to Indian grocery stores, Sainsbury, local Gym, bus stop etc
*The location is a very easy commute to central London: 5 minutes walk to Newbury Park Tube Station(Central Line) or 10 minutes walk to Seven Kings Station(overhead train)-20 minute commute to Liverpool Street.
Rent is £100 per week all bills included.
