The room comes furnished comes with internet, room is suitable for single person. Please be aware after 3 months occupancy you may be asked to sign a lease, The lease will NOT be binding for a year, you will only have to give 2 months notice and you can move after. The room mate need to be mature and able to share in cleaning the apartment. Room mate must also have a job as it will be required when you sign the lease. The room is perfect for a single working women or student. Hydro is shared every 2 months as per Toronto hydro bill. The room is close to library, Transit, Malls, shopping etc.
