I have a big studio apt to share near cass and prentis street. 10 min walk from Detroit Medical Center, grocery and indian stores. 2 min away from bus stop laundromat and liquor stores. Apt is old. wifi, heat, hot water, refrigerator, microwave, everything is included in your rent of 350 dollars. I do month to month rental. looking for 2 more roommates in addition to 1 person already here. Indians will be preferred, Ideal for those doing observership at DMC. You will have to pay 100 dollars refundable deposit + 350 dollars on or before start of every month to confirm the stay. who ever pays first will be given priority. Thank you.
