I have a furnished room (with leather bed) for rent. You will have your own separate bath.Apt is located in Deerwood, near St. Johns Town center. Close to BCBS, Merrill, Chase& other software offices. It is 5 - 7 min drive from Publix and several indian restaurants& groceries. If you are into bars, clubs and fancy dining, JAX beach and downtown are 10 - 15min drive (and St Johns Town Center is right next to home). This is the poshest and safest areaof the town., and has beennominated several more times. You will have access to the full house including kitchen, diningand drawing room; as well as the TV and mini-bar there. You can also have your own tv in yourroom, the connection is there. Rent is $750 plus half of utilities. It is definitely not cheap.But this is a luxury place with all amenities & furnish
