Rooms are furnished with two single beds and cupboards.
A professional couple can take up 1 double room or 2 single professionals can share each double room.
* Rent is £450 per person sharing one double room or £900 for a couple in one double room, per month. *
Rent is inclusive of all bills, includes breakfirst, lunch & dinner (Non Veg or Veg, but no pork or beef will be cooked in the house), wireless internet, telephone (outgoing calls at extra charge), use of washing machine, Sky TV, bed linen, pillow and duvet.
Rooms come furnished but * Toiletries are not provided *.
Minimum stay of 3 months, but will consider short term at which rent might vary.
Deposit - £450 per person (double room share) or £900 for one couple (double room), plus one months rent in advance.
