A 1 BR 1 bath Apartment is available for sub lease at Ashford Green apartments. Rent is $849 excluding utilities. We will PITCH IN $50 TOWARDS THE RENT EACH MONTH for the rest of the lease period. The community is close to grocery stores, fast food places like Chipotle/Cook-out, UNCC. There is a bus stop just outside the community to Uptown as well. The apartment is spacious and has refrigerator, cook top-oven, walk-in closet and a large patio. We are willing to leave our microwave, two large sofas and bar stools to the new tenants, for free, if they want it. The furniture is fully functional and super clean. S .
