I have 1 room to rent in my home only for girls in (phase 10, mohali), Its a quiet area with plenty of street parking, so If you have a car, you can typically find parking right in front. The room is furnished with bed. Kitchen with utensils. Other utilities are not included. Your cut will be about 6000 per month. My new flatmate will have access to the common areas of the home like kitchen and bathroom. Ideally, Im looking for someone to stay at least six months, a non smoker, and not to noisy.
