1 room available in a 2 bedroom flat with 2 bathrooms. So, one bathroom will be private to you. You will be responsible to keep your room and bathroom clean. Currently, I am living in the flat and using other room and the other bathroom. Kitchen and Lounge will be shared between you and me.This is situated at Lloyds George Avenue close to the Cardiff Bay area which is appx. 10 minutes. walk to the Cardiff Central.You need to pay a rent of 400 pounds (inc. all bills) and a deposit of 400 pounds.
