I have a double room for rent available in COMO, approx 8 minutes from the city. The room has a double bed, with furniture and is very clean and tidy. The house is complete with all you need, including kitchen apliances, linen, towels, cutlery, etc etc - just bring your clothes!
The house is kept neat and tidy, with a professional couple occupying one of the rooms at the moment.

The house is situated across the road from a bus stop, that takes you directly into the city in under 10 minutes at a cost of $1.90. There is a supermarket, bottle shop, cinema, restaurants etc etc within walking distance, so no need for a car!
The rent is $350 p/w for the double room, with a $500 bond paid upfront, as well as 2 weeks rent in advance. The rent includes internet and all bills. You will need to buy your own food, and toiletries.">
