I live in a clean, comfortable apartment located in a friendly part of town (Meiser) with great transport access throughout all of Brussels and within walking distance of European institutions.
The apartment is two-bedroom, has a large living area with newly installed internet access, a kitchen with plenty of shelf space, oven and 4 gas hobs, dishwasher, refrigerator and a microwave. There is a toilet and shared bathroom facility with mirror and cupboard space, shower and bath, and also a washing machine.
The bedroom on offer is spacious, has a double bed, a desk and chair and cupboards with ample storage space.
The apartment is well equipped with kitchen utensils, a brand new hoover, and furniture, all of which have been bought within the last month . The living room is tastefully designed and cosy.
As has been mentioned the flat has excellent transport links to the centre of town and is not too far to walk to places of work either. I, for example, take a 30 minute walk to Louise (where I work) every day. Just around the corner of the apartment, there is Aldi, a Delhaize, a Carrefour Express and a lot of restaurants (some are ok, others are realy expensive and *ty :)).20 minutes from the apartment there is a Carrefour Hypermarket in Evere... which sells everything. The number and 63 trams pass through here, the number 7 Metro is close by (accessed at Diamant). The buses and the number 4 'Noctis' night bus also pass through here. There is a nearby taxi station and just around the corner you can use the Villo! bikes that are dotted around the city.
I am an easy to get along with girl. I work a lot, so I like to relax when I get home during the week. I have a very friendly cat called Caramba, so you will be sharing the flat with me and my cat. New flatmate must be not allergic AND pet friendly!
The rent is €505 every month, including electricity, heating, water and internet. A 2 month rental guarantee is required.
