The house consists of a communal living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a conservatory, a bedroom and a large garden on the ground floor. The first floor has three bedrooms and a bathroom which is for shared use. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers & bedside cabinet (pictures of room is when the property was unfurnished - it is furnished now)!
There are 3 other tenants in the property, 2 guys and 1 girl. All of them work and treat the house as their home!
The rent is £315 pcm and includes Council Tax, gas, electric, water & internet.
PLEASE NOTE THE HOUSE WILL NOT SUIT ANYONE WITH A CAR AS THE DRIVEWAY IS ALREADY IN USE AND THE STREET IS QUITE NARROW - NOT SUITABLE FOR TOO MANY VEHICLES.
I will require satisfactory references and a deposit of £315, as well as one months' rent in advance (£630 in total) before a tenant can take the room. The tenancy will be for an initial fixed term of 6 months.
