1 room in a 3 bedroom very close to Tufts. The lease starts on September 1 (for 12 months) and monthly rent is $550 (not including utilities). The landlord requires first month and last month (total $1100) to move in. Your room is decent sized with a big closet. Kitchen and living room shared with 2 other roommates. There is free washer and dryer in the apartment which is very convenient. Utilities (electricity, gas heat and internet) will be shared between the three. Very close to bus stops for 94, 96 and 80 and less than 2 miles to Davis. Whole Foods less than 3 minutes away.The other housemates are 2 Indian guys who are doing their PhD at Tufts and are usually busy with their work.Please email with a brief description of yourself (what you do, etc) and any questions you have.
