    -Space: 780 square ft, one bedroom apartment. A lot bigger than most 2 bedroom apartments in the downtown. Very spacious.
    -Closets: 5!
    -Laundry: Basement
    -Groceries:Shop and stop, Indian grocery store are all a stones throw away.
    -Party freaks: TGIF and a number of other pubs around.
    -Cleanliness and Maintanance: One mail to the management and you are done with all your problems. Seriously, its been awesome.
    -Rent: 355/month (heater/AC included).
    -Safety: Very very safe (24*7 security). Huntington Ave is right there and you live on the 20th floor.
    -Misc: Quite an amazing view of downtown Boston.
    -Pets: Okay.
