Hi, We have one room available in a gorgeous house from the 12th Nov. We are currently 4 guys living in the house. All are in their late 20's and work as software engineers. One of our roommates is moving out and hence the room available for rent. Rent doesn't include utilities which will be shared equally by all the 4 roommates. It comes to around 50-75$ during summers and 75-100$ during winters.We can start with 3 month lease and then based on mutual agreement continue further.The House: Is gorgeous :) - here are the pictures! http://sdrv.ms/Xa2qwaIt has 4 bedroom 2 & 3/4 baths. 2800 sf home in very nice neighborhood. The kitchen is oak decor with a new refrigerator, and skylights make keep it so brightly lit - you have to come and look to appreciate it. It has three cozy fireplaces, washer/dryer and a lovely deck overlooking a green belt for BBQ in the summer. Yes, sometimes deers do drop by ;) Oh! did I mention the hot-tub and a 50" TV :) ? Access: 5 minutes to Eastgate park and ride. 7 minutes to BCC (Bellevue Community College) 12 miles to downtown seattle. Easy access to I-90, 405, downtown Bellevue, Issaquah, Redmond. So if you're interested please let me know asap! We can show the room during weekends only.
