Two girls are currently occupying the bedrooms in my 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom condo. I'm looking for a third girl to rent out the living room. I prefer a clean, quiet and mature girl housemate . The rent will be around $850 including all utilities (Internet, water, garbage, gas, electricity). It's a safe, gated community with all luxurious amenities like two pools, Jacuzzi, fitness center, sauna, barbecue area, club house. Washer/dryer is within the unit. Bus stop is right in front of the apartment community. Security deposit is $850 (Refundable). No need to get into the lease. The apartment is within 2 miles from Intel, Nvidia, AMD, Cisco and other high tech companies. It is located within 0.5 miles from El Camino Real, all the grocery stores (Indian, Mexican..), restaurants and banks are in walkable distance. No smoking. No partying. No alcohol inside the house.
