Female roommate ONLY.- House includes washer and dryer.- Kitchen use limited to microwave and toaster oven & fridge. Some light cooking.- Standard bedroom's tenant has ample parking on the street.- No illegal drugs or pets, no overnight guest.WHERE- Nice quiet residential area, close to SJSU, down town, Campbell, Cuperteno, Milpitas, Sunnyvale.How much?- Rent is $700/mo for standard size room.- Security deposit is $600 for standard size room on move in.- All utilities (Gas, Electric, Water, Sewer and Trash) will be divided equally.
