Hello,One private bedroom available immediately in 2 br apartment. The other occupants in other bedroom are a considerate (Indian-American) Punjabi family. I have lived here for 4 months and we bonded like a family but i have to move out because of work priorities.* November rent is $1050, Dec onwards $1250* Month to Month okay!* Fully furnished- you get a bed and mattress and a small table in your room. Closet is quite spacious as well as the room. The room might look like small in pictures but that's because i have so much stuff inside, which i will be taking with me. Living room,bath,kitchen is shared and you can Netflix and chill ;)* No parties in house though..Sorry!* Electric and Internet included in rent! All basic amenities like garbage disposal, Bath issues, drinking water etc will be taken care of by other tenant. You just need to take care after yourself and your room :)* One month advance notice in case you have to leave.* Security deposit : $500* Credit check not required.* Ample car parking, in rare case you cant find one there is lots of street parking available.* Quiet neighborhood, 3 mins walk towards El Camino, all necessity shops around. 5 mins walk towards India Cash and Carry.* Swimming pool in the community- complementary, plus bbq spots as well for your laid back Sundays.* Parks,school and tennis/ basketball court 5 mins away.Drop me a text (preferable coz I'm busy in meetings during the day) or email if interested and i will arrange a viewing
