I have 2 unfurnished bedrooms to rent in a safe neighborhood. In house laundry unit, friendly neighbors. The house is spacious enough and chores will be split equally or we could hire cleaners, whatever works. Looking for friendly, caring, polite folks. Trust, Respect, Cleanliness and Hygiene are a must. All rooms are about 10x10 and 3 people will be sharing 2 bathrooms. There is one bathroom right across the hall, and the second half bath is downstairs.
