Two rooms are available in a 3bed/2bath house from 12/19/2016. Both of these rooms would be sharing a bathroom that is right next to the rooms. Room 1 - $1175 - about 120 Sq Ft - has a private entrance, good natural light. Has a closet.Room 2 - $1375 - about 200 Sq Ft - tons of natural light. Has a closet.The house has in-room heaters. Parking is not an issue - the driveway can fit 1 large car and the detached garage can fit 2 large cars. There is always street parking available to entertain guests/friends.A bit about me:I am 24 and work for a startup in SF. I am quite laid back and occasionally entertain friends for a board game or two. I like hiking and backpacking and am yet to find a stable winter activity.This house has a huuuge backyard and garage. The storage spaces in the house are quite generous too. There's tons of sunlight and the house is situated in a quiet neighborhood. Given to proximity to Millbrae Bart and Caltrain (0.4 mile) and to downtown (0.7 mile), accessing most parts of Peninsula should be really easy.
