Hey hi I am staying currently in BTM layout near udupi garden, in a 2 bedroom house, so far we were 4 members, two of roommates left to US for a period of one year, looking for roomates.
All amenities are there, like, separate bathroom, attached wardrobes, TV, refrigerator, Washing machine. At present we are paying for the maid 250 per head to clean the vessels, broom and wipe the house 4 times a week.
Electricity bill to be shared by 4.
Water bill is included along with the rent.
Cable bill is 350 divided by 4.">
