Need a Male Roomate on double occupancy in a 2hk flat in NS Palya, BTM 2nd stage near Lake Road. The flat is semi furnished including all amenities like wifi, kitchen utensils, gas cylinder, stove, almirah , Geyser, 2 & 4 weeler parking space. The flat is available for immediate occupancy. Should be a working professional. Deposit is 25k and rent per head is 5000 including maintenance (excluding electricity which comes around Rs. 500-600 per month). We also have a cook (North Indian) who comes two times in a day and we pay him Rs. 1200 per month. Plz ping if interested
