Hi, I need a room-partner for my 2-BHK flat situated in Koramangala 7th BLK,very close to Forum/ Bosch office/ Raheja arcade. The location of flat is very good. At a stone's throw from Bosch office, Vodafone/ airtel/ hdfc/ icici bank etc. I would like to have a professional room partner, as i am working in IBM. I would prefer to have a North Indian,though its not a constraint. A person preparing for CAT would be an added advantage. :) but again its not a constraint. The flat's rent is 8000 p.m. so it would be 4000 per head. Water/Electricity bill will be extra. The room will be available from June last week/July 1st onwards,as my present room partner is leaving for U.S. for higher studies by June-end.
