looking to share my 1 bed apt. on windward pkwy. roommate will live in living room and so will pay lesser rent... roommate will pay $350 and i will pay $450... utilities+internet separate ...for the roommate, the total monthly expense might come to around 400-420.. the apt is pretty huge and shared bath... lots of closets and kitchen fully loaded... no non-veg cooking at home.
