The bathroom (8’x6’) has a great shower. The rest of the apartment is fully furnished including a washer and dryer. Everything except food is included for $525 per month (or $375 + ½ utilities). My need for a responsible roommate is entirely financial but I would like someone that is easy-going and friendly. Your own transportation and stable income are a must. I keep the place clean but I’m not a neat freak. I want someone that isn’t afraid to push the vacuum or take out the trash. I work a lot of hours so the place would be yours the majority of the time; that is why I need someone that is responsible! I do have a 6-year-old playful and loving Golden Retriever (trust me…you’ll love her). If you could occasionally let her out to do her business, we both would appreciate it!
