I am a masters student at georgia state university and am planning to go to India. Hence the place is up for temporary accomodation form may 10th to augusy 17th( whole summer). The house is located at linbergh right next to MARTA station so commute is very convenient if you dont own your own vehicle. The apartment consists of a washer/ dryer in the unit itself. The apartment is semi furnished it is carpeted totally, has a dining table and chairs for siting in the hall, has a walkin closet. But i am afraid that I cant provide you with a bed. You can have my matress which is present and sleep directly on it. The house is kept very clean, otherwise they fine us so have to keep it clean. Also, your daughter has to share one room with two other girls who are also doing their masters currently and are very friendly and great cooks. The place is very safe with an inbuilt security system, It has its own gym, pool, trash clearance, power house etc. For 300$ per monththis is the best place you can get. But if you want to live alone it might cost around 800$ per month hence the sharing because no one would be willing to pay 800$ for one month just for temporary accomodation.
