Available large furnished room for rent in a large spacious beautiful town house near the golf course in Eden Prairie, Delwood Estates. I have just purchased the property and will move in around October 18th . A large room is coming available downstairs. It has inbuilt desk and shelves. Separate jack and jill bathroom with a separate shower & lots of closet space. Plenty storage and 2 refrigerators downstairs in addition to a french double door fridge in the main kitchen. $1200 for a single person, utilities (gas, electric and water ) shared monthly. 1 closed parking spot. THe townhouse is in 2 levels, so you will have your space & privacy. And of course I need mine because i mostly work from home:-) . Looking for somebody who has a tidy lifestyle .
