Hi, My family is going to India for 6 months+ and I will live alone in our apartment. I have a private bedroom furnished with Office table, closet, bed and mattress, etc. arrangements required for someone to sleep. Nice view from bedroom window, well insulated with heater. Kitchen is fully furnished and whoever stays can cook using whatever non-veg/veg spices required (no charges apply for already existing kitchen cooking stuff). No non-veg food restrictions but only Beef and Pork NOT allowed. You are free to access TV in living room at your convenience (Netflix is there). Rent includes all, and no hidden fees. One can feel homely and free as I will be the only one sharing this apartment and I am a very flexible guy busy in my own work schedule. Also, I can drive you sometimes if your work or school falls on my office way. no extra costs for that :). Metrotown mall is 10 mins walk, bus stops 110 and 144 across the street from building. Metrotown bus depot at 15mins through inside the mall. Bus 19 goes to downtown and there are many other buses also, Metrotown station is across the bus depot.
