METRO STATION IS ONLY 20 METERS You'll be with 1 other single person in the household.I also have an EMPTY APARTMENT AT THE SAME LOCATION (suitable for a family, can also be shared by multiple people by sharing the rent, and the rent is different for this apartment).The Kitchen/Dining area is 3-way sharing, but the Bathroom is 2-way sharing—you and another person—as I've got an ensuite room.The flat is on 2 levels. I'll be on the upper floor, and you & another guy will be on the lower floor, with access to 2 balconies and great views of the city. The flat was refurbished in 2024.I am a Vegan, and the other guy is a Pure Vegetarian, so we are looking for a person who is a Pure Vegetarian, as cooking meat or eggs is not allowed in the kitchen.
