Hi I'm the Landlord(Indian Owner) of this flat. No agent fees-Renting out one of my Common room.Wardrobe/ bed/mattress / fan /WiFi provided. For Laundry -washing machine allow to use. PUB also included. Transportation not a issue at Bukit Panjang area. Walk or Bus 922 only 3 bus stop to Bukit Panjang MRT (Downtown MRT Line) and 2 min walk to Segar LRT station. 15 mins walk to Bukit Panjang Plaza /Hillon Mall & MRT. Opp my flat there's bus-stops and got Bus 972, 971E which goes Direct to Orchard Road within 25min, Dhoby Ghaut MRT / SIM, Stevens Rd, Somerset , Raffles Quay,Shenton Way,International Plaza (Anson Rd) & CBD areas. Bus 963 to NUS/NUH, Little India (Tekka ) Bus 960, Bus 970 to Bukit Timah, Bus 170/160 to JB/woodland/Masling , 171 to Yishun and many more buses etc..Within 3 min walk to 24 hrs Sheng Siong Supermarket at Segar LRT , Many eateries nearby. 3min waik to Greenridge Shopping Centre & Fajar Shopping Centre . Single person $500 & if Couple will be $700 per Common room. Cooking -add $100 more. Me and my 7 year little Prince and my Domestic Helper living there. As for housekeeping my helper will mop all the rooms and wash toilet's weekly.It's a 4 room HDB flat. Minimum 6 months stay
