Hi,Looking for house mates to share a flat. One Common Room and One Master Room Available for rental. The house islocated just beside the Bishan Park and 2 stops from Bishan MRT. The house isequipped with all amenities ie. Unlimited Wifi, Airconditioner, Fan, TV, Free Local call,Telephone, Fridge, Washing machine, Cooking, Bed, Wardrobe. Walkable distanceto food courts/shopping arcade etc. All housemates are working, So usually the house is maintained very neat and clean. Standard Rental Procedure - One month rental and Advance. Noagent fee No owner. Utilities will be shared by all housemates. Per person will be approx 30-50 dollars per month based on usage.
