🏡 Room Available in a Spacious 2 Bed / 1 Bath Apartment – Starting September 2026
Hi everyone! My current roommate is moving out, so I’m looking for someone to take the second bedroom in our apartment starting September (new lease for one year begins in September as well).
📍 Location Highlights:
* 10-minute walk to Malden Center Orange Line
* Bus options available if you don’t feel like walking
* Direct bus from Malden Center to the airport — super convenient
* Indian grocery store, Dollar Tree, restaurants and other essentials less than a mile away
🏠 Apartment Features:
* 3rd floor apartment with elevator access
* Spacious east-facing living room with tons of sunlight and great ventilation
* Small private balcony
* 2 bed / 1 bath setup
* Common areas furnished with my recliners.
* Kitchen already stocked with appliances and essentials (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, mixer, utensils, etc.)
* Paid common laundry on the 1st floor
🏀 Bonus:
Right beside the apartment are FREE basketball, tennis, and pickleball courts — great during the summer!
