We are looking for a flatmate.
• $250 per week (bills included – if usage is higher than usual, we’ll share the extra cost)
• 4weeks bond / 3weeks notice / 2 weeks rent in advance
• Private bedroom + private bathroom/toilet + personal fridge
• Clean, quiet and comfortable home – fresh bedding is provided

There’s a dryer for convenience during winter.
In total, there will be 3 people living in the house (my husband, myself, and you).

🚍 Bus stop is just 3 minutes’ walk from the house, and street parking is available.
📍 Located in Klemzig – close to the city.
Nearby you’ll find Indian grocery, Woolworths, Coles, and fresh veggie shops – very convenient for shopping.

It’s a peaceful home with two friendly cats 🐾
Cat lovers are welcome!
(If you have allergies or don’t like pets, it may not be suitable 🙏)

👉 We prefer someone who can stay for at least 3 months.
