Hi, I’m Dheeraj — a Palakkad Iyer who speaks Tamil and some Hindi and Kannada, currently based in Auckland, New Zealand. I’m moving to Melbourne, Australia to pursue a PhD at the University of Melbourne, and I’m looking for shared accommodation within 1 hour by public transport from the university. My preferred move-in date is mid-July 2025.
I’m quiet, respectful, and value a clean, peaceful home. I’m a vegetarian, non-smoker, and teetotaller. I enjoy Carnatic music, having trained and performed for several years, and I deeply appreciate devotional gatherings such as bhajans and Satsangh. I also love home-cooked food.
