Living room is available for rent in 1BHK apartment in PT tower 1 on the 16th floor with a nice view. Apartment is fully furnished including, 2 TVs, sofas, cooking utensils and all, tenant will only have to bring their mattress/bed. Tenant will be sharing apartment with me, a 28 y.o. working professional in IT. Bathroom and kitchen will be shared. Looking for someone who will mindful of the space and who will respect the building rules. Majority of the rent will be paid by me as I understand the living room will be semi-private. Utilities and wifi costs will be shared. There will be a move-in fee and a credit check will be required with the building management. Only serious inquires contact. First month rent can be negotiated as you will be moving in a bit late.
