We have a single room available in our modern, spacious 3 bedroom Ponsonby Apartment. The room is furnished, comes with a built-in spacious wardrobe and mirror.
The apartment itself is newly renovated, spacious and located in the heart of Auckland. There’s a large balcony, perfect for evening relaxation, dinners or a few drinks. You’ll find it to be a walking distance to the CBD, K-road, Ponsonby, Grey Lynn, Newmarket and the Universities. There is easy-to-access public transport across Ponsonby and K-Road, close proximity to Northern, Southern and Western motorways. This makes it ideal for anyone working in above mentioned suburbs, those requiring easy motorway access or University students.
Current flatmates are full-time working professionals in their late-20s, early 30s. All are Indian and have lived in New Zealand for some years. They are friendly, welcoming people who understand the need for a clean, tidy home and enjoy each other's company but also value their own private time. Come, make yourself at home in your new home!
