-The fully furnished flat is located in a great location (5 mins walk to Darling harbour (literally opposite the apartment), 7-8 mins walk to Townhall, 15 mins walk to Central) and adjacent to China Town.

-There is only one room with private bathroom for rent. The room has a big window overlooking darling harbour; a big wardrobe, table, bed/mattress/duvets/pillows.

-Big plus point is we have the dishwasher!

-Free access to Swimming pool, steam room, sauna and gym with great views of Darling Harbour and Chinese Garden from our balcony.

-You will have your own lift swipe key.

-Two weeks rent in advance and two weeks bond, $100 bond for the lift swipe key.(bond and key amount are refundable).

We are looking only for a girl flatmate. (rent a bit negotiable for the right flatmate:)
