Description
Hi F&F Fam,
We are looking for flatmates for 2 single occupancy rooms in an elegant 3BHK flat in Koramangala 4th block.
All bedrooms have an attached bathroom and are furnished with cupboards, modern style wardrobes.
Rent is 12.5K & 13.5K for the rooms respectively (negotiable for the remaining months of 2020)
Deposit is 67k (one time)
Rooms are available from 1st week of September onwards.
Key USPs of the flat
1. 800 metres from Sony Signal, 250 metres from Maharaja Signal & 900 metres from Wipro Signal. Apt for people working in Koramangala, EGL, Domlur, Indiranagar, etc
2. The Landlord is hands down the most considerate & nicest persons I’ve ever come across. He also hasn’t visited the flat in the last 2 years of my stay here (read flat inspection :D)
3. Room sizes are among the largest one can find in Koramangala area. Rooms in gated communities nearby have a floor area of only around 75%-80% of these
4. Rent amount can be slightly worked on for the remaining few months of this year
5. Steal at this price…we are parting with this flat only because both are leaving the city
I have attached a few sample images of our beautiful apartment.
