-On-site parking space, you don’t have to park on street.
-Semi furnished facility, you have to bring your own bed or we can help to arrange it. Kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge, oven, microwave, electric cooktop, utensils etc. You will have full freedom to cook your food at home as you like.
-The reasonable usage of power, water and fibre broadband can be included at an extra cost of $40 a week or we can share the expenses, as you wish.
-Easy access to main arterial routes through motorway 20 which is 2 min drive away. -Handy to town centre and all amenities. Bus stop is only 2-3 minutes walk away with frequent bus service to Auckland city and to the other suburbs.
