I am looking for a Condo room at short travel to Suntec City.
I'm a middle aged male, IT Engineer from India on employment pass and would describe myself as a quiet and friendly person adhering to rules and regulations.
My expectations would be -
Condo room(with amenities), prefer not to share bathroom with more than one person if its a common room. Not interested in partitioned rooms.
Need a firm bed as I am struggling with back pain.
Study table and chair
Wardrobe/Cupboard
Aircon
Refrigerator
Washer/Dryer and Ironing facility.
Cooking facility (more than light cooking).
Budget- Upto $1000/month depending on proximity to Suntec City and facilities available.
Move in date - 29th/30th June 2018. Cannot be later than that as my current contract ends by then.
