Description
Hi,
I have a one bed room apartment. I am renting the LIVING room for rent. The house is just 7 to 10 MINS walk to FREMONT BART station. There are lots of Indian groceries around. Its a lively safe place.
1. The apartment has no BED BUGS, no Roaches.
2. Its a clean and neat apartment with washer and dryer in the unit.
3. You pay for the utilities.
4. I am not a drinker or a smoker. I Dont want people who smoke and drink in the house.
5. The person needs to be clean and shouldn't bring any bed bugs.
6. The place is secured and very safe. The indian groceries are in walking distance.
Thanks,
Sakthi
