Currently me and my husband are staying here, since i am going on maternity to India for 8 months we are looking for someone to share the flat with.We live in Petone ( 20 mins from wellington CBD), house is very close to bus stop. Pak n Save, Coutdown, Indian grocery stores Railway station at 10 mins walking distance. Very near to Weltec University.Room is fully furnished and ready to move in.Rent includes Electricity, Internet, House Rent and Food expenses.Please note this is not a paying guest system.Room available from December 16th onwards and up to 8 months from then.
