i am a single guy, looking for a well furnished room.btw i've applied for feb-09 intake so i wud be there by the end of january 2009. i can afford 200$-350$ per month ( including all bills) n the room should have facilities like fridge, tv,oven, washing machine..etc..transportation should be near to the place.it wud be wonderful if the place is near to "swinburne (hawthorn) campus "
