A room with lots, preferably own bathroom, I like to cook my meals. I am EXTREMELY clean, hopefully you are too ;) Not at all a party animal. I am social but like to respect other''s space and like mine to be respected as well. .. I''ll be moving from NYC to LA ( I have lived in LA for a year before) will need a car parking spot. please includie utlilities and internet cost. thanks!!! will land in LA on Oct 20th.
