I have a beautiful, spacious home to share in Lakewood. I’m more on the clean and neat side, not a “clean freak” but not a slob either. I’ve had minimal success with roommates who cannot vacuum once in awhile, or rinse a dish before putting it in the dishwasher, or even just pick up after themselves. If two adults live in a home together, it’s only fair to share in the distribution of basic household chores. I spend most of my spare time working on home improvement projects. I love planting flowerbeds. I love working on the house. I am somewhat solitary and quiet, but very friendly and not anti-social. I don’t have parties or overnight guests. I don’t use drugs, and drink very little, if at all. I am 45 years old, single male. I am a kitchen designer, and enjoy my work very much. I have one cat and one medium size dog, so that’s enough animals in the house. Both are friendly and quiet. Well, the cat can be a little bitch sometimes, but she is quiet. And I love her anyway. I don’t have a lot of storage space, but the spare bedroom does have a beautiful full size dresser and chest of drawers. Male or female, I don’t have a preference, as long as you’re responsible, respectful, and not a slob. I don’t mind smoking, if we keep it mostly to the outside. I’m an occasional smoker who truly wants to quit altogether, but wouldn’t judge you if you want to smoke. The room will be available after August 1st, and we can set up a time to meet anytime. $550 a month covers rent and utilities. No deposit required.
