Looking for a female housemate to share a beautiful fully furnished brand new two bedroom house in Manor Lakes, Wyndham Vale with one other female. Rent per month is $600 + utilities (gas, water and electricity) and includes use of the entire house: kitchen facilities (fully equipped), living and dining area, backyard (currently unfinished), laundry and storage facilities in the garage. Tenant will be sharing the bathroom. Room has inbuilt wardrobes and can be furnished or unfurnished as required. Plenty of parking available in the area. The bus stop is a 7 to 10 minute walk away. Must be mature, responsible, clean (very important – must share in the cleaning of the house) and professional. First and last month’s rent required upfront.
